I am new to blogging, so I thought I would go back to a few of my favorite things from Spring/Summer.
This spring Cameron was of age to play baseball. While most of the kids played in the dirt, it was still an amazing adventure for our family. It also taught us, Van and me, a few things about parenthood.

Ready for the FIRST big game!
Good Catch!
He did a great job! There was a little dirt play, but he caught the ball and threw it to first base! My baby is not a baby anymore! (tear) The day of Cameron's first baseball game, was also my mother's wedding day. It was a VERY busy Saturday.
Me, Jessica (my step sister), Mom, and her new hubby, Chris.
The Vows
All and all, it was a good day. A bit odd to have your mother being married to someone else- but I'm happy for her. She deserves to be happy and Chris truly cares for her.
So, Cameron had a game every Saturday for the next 6 weeks, but because of rain it went to about 9 weeks. By the end of the season, Cameron was doing very well and loved his coach!
WHOO! Go Cameron!!!!
Adorable Baseball pictures... that cost an insane amount of money!
Run to first!
At the end of the last game all the little kids got a trophy! It was so cute to see how proud they were! It was awesome! After baseball ended, we decided to not put him in soccer this year like we had planned. He did a great job, but he was the youngest kid on the team and didn't really undertand the concept like most of the other older kids. He has many years to play sports and by next spring, and lessons with daddy, he will be ready to play again.
