My Very Own SUPERHEROS!

I know you don't know who these people are. After all if you are a superhero and wearing a mask... your identity is kept secret 100%! So, to keep their identities safe... I have my very own SUPERHEROS! I have a Green Lantern AND a Captain America! How did this girl get so lucky! Watch out Lois Lane!

Saving the world one day at a time!

My Superheros for sure!

Costumes, Costumes, Costumes!

Costumes have been such a big thing for Cameron since he turned two. We have accumulated a serious amount of costumes. Every day Cameron will pull out the bucket and start getting dressed :)

This is all within one hour.
I have NO idea what this costume is...
Spiderman #2
Pirate?
Army Guy- Note the serious face. HA!
Police Man

My camera died and that was NOT the end of the Costume Fashion Show. However, you get the drift :)

Transform!

Well, it has been a while! I have tons to blog but I will go in order! Happy Halloween! Cameron decided to be a Transformer this year. I didn't see that coming. The child has NEVER seen the movie (Foul language and way too old for him) nor does he have any toys pertaining to Transformers. Who knows! Anyways, we had a nice time visiting our neighbors and seeing family and friends.

My babies :) Cayden, Me, Carolynne, Cameron and Elizabeth (Yes, named after me.) I have been friends with their mother for 15 years, so they may as well be my nieces and nephew.
My boys!
My baby and me
All the kiddos! This was take 8 and I was done trying to capture a perfect picture form a 2 year old, almost 4 year old, 5 year old and a 6 year old. I was done :)

I love seeing all the kids dressed up! It is a fun time for children to be ALLOWED to wear their costumes out in public! I know if I would let Cameron, he'd be Batman at the grocery store!

The New Sheriff in Town

Cameron, bless his little creative heart, has decided the millions of "costumes" he has are no longer going to work. Now he is into "creating" his own costume. This is one of my favorites!

Just FYI- He was NOT wearing this red polo and shorts, no he picked that out because he said it was "Sheriff-y!"

Now, here are my favorite "Out Takes." If you have kids, you totally understand, to take 2 good pictures, you end up with 15!

Good Morning!

Well, welcome to Blogger! I swore I would never do this because I doubt anyone cares about my day-to-day life... other than my mother. However, I have followed the crowd and decided to move on from Facebook to Blogger. Let's see how it goes! To start off, my son cracks me up. I fear he will be the child who makes the class lugh when the teacher has her back turned. Bless my little boy, even though I am kinda hard on him, I can barely discipline him without laughing sometimes. (And by the way, NO ONE told me how... tough this whole "being 3" thing was. Who ever said "Terrible Two's" had no clue. They obviously had not made it to 3 yet!) Which brings me to my first blog post.

My dear son has recently decided not to say "Good Morning" anymore when he wakes up. I tried to get up before him, but if I do that... he is up at 6:00 a.m. with me and that just makes for a very long day. So, the first thing out of my child's mouth is, "I want to be Iron Man!" Or some other hero-type. So this is my day:

6:00 a.m.- Iron Man

8:00 a.m.- Batman

10:00 a.m.- Spiderman... and I MUST not forget the rainboots. They do complete the look.

Then lunch and a sleepy Dino nap.

Then after this, he usually goes back to each outfit and starts all over. This is his daily routine and it had just about driven me crazy. This does not include the "Hero/Cartoon" jammies. We have Superman (with the cape, a must!) Buzz LIghtyear, Woody, Batman and about 10 others. I am not going to go mad changing costumes, for this is a phase and it too shall pass. Right???!!??
