This was during the Christmas season- FYI. I thought I published it, but it was saved as a draft. Oops. Anyways, Nana and Cameron took some serious time making the most yummy cookies! They were almost too pretty to eat. There is something special about Nanas (grandmas) and sugar cookies!

Random Cuteness!
Cameron, since he has turned four, has grown up so much. It seems like each month he is doing something else I thought he would do at 6 not 4! The cutest thing happened the other day when I picked him up from preschool. I walked in and heard the "Nutcracker" playing. When I peeked in the classroom, Cameron was waltzing with a little girl. He saw me and said, "No, mommy you can't watch!" I was watching anyways of course. He bowed to the girl and said, "Princess, I am a Prince. Can I please have this dance?" I about fell out on the floor and wished I carried my camera in with me... it was in the car. The cuteness out weighs the tantrums by quite a bit. Now if only the cuteness was more often than the fits :)

This kid and his "Rock On" thing cracks me up!

It's Beginning To Look A LOT Like Christmas!
After our insane "Black Friday" shopping, we merrily drug out ALL the Christmas decorations! Christmas is a very special time for us (Like a lot of families, I'm sure.) Van and I always try to make things "magical" for Cameron. We have our traditions and stick to them! Van fluffed the tree, I did the lights and Cameron helped decorate before bed! It was great!
After two days of decorating and cleaning everything was finished and beautiful! I was so in the spirit, I began wrapping gifts on Sunday while The Santa Clause was on!

The Great Bedtime PJ Drive
As many of you know, Cameron goes to preschool. (Thank Heaven for that!) I swear his school does so many wonderful things! This month is the "Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive." I am the crazy book lady who loves pajamas! Those are about my two most favorite simple things in life. Yes, I am the crazy lady who buys books for everyone. (In fact I just send my niece books for her birthday!) So anyway, if you are interested in any way here is the link:
This is a great way to do something good for a child. You have until December 10th! Please check out the link for more information! I believe, Scholastic will donate one book and pair of pajamas to children in either orphanages, foster care, or/and shelters. Cameron and I were very excited for "P.J. Day" at school on Friday!

Rock... a bye baby?
My son has all of a sudden become a Rock N' Roll crazy kid. I went to the Children's Place this weekend and he had quite an input on what items we purchased. WHAT? Luckily, I can persuade him to be happy and do it my way. I told Cameron to smile for the picture this morning and he said, "Rock and Roll BABY!"
This is the picture I snapped.

And Again.

Finally!

Not A Baby Anymore
My baby is four!!! What happened to all that time? When you are pregnant and someone says, "Enjoy it because time goes by fast" It is true. I can't believe it has been four years. A little trip down Memory Lane is definitely needed!
Cameron was born on November 10, 2006 at 8:18 p.m. (It was a Friday night) Cameron Tommy Pearce weighed 7 lbs. and 3 oz and he was 20 inches long :) It was a very bumpy start, as many of you reading this may remember. Cameron scored a 9/10 on his APGAR (sp?) and then another 9/10. Hours later he began to get sick... very sick. After 14 days in the NICU, we brought our baby boy home on Nov. 25, 2006. Because of God's grace, Cameron lived. The doctors had prepared us for, what they said, was the inevitable. But here he is today. 100% perfect! And down Memory Lane we go!

And then there were 3

Birthday Boy!

Happy 3rd Birthday!

He stuck his finger in the cake and we took it
away to cut him a piece, so he pouted.

My FOUR year old!

What a BIG boy!

Watching Cameron grow up has been an amazing blessing from God. Thank you!

Carving Pumpkins
(I meant to do this in order. Oops!) Well, carving pumpkins this year was interesting! Cameron carved his first pumpkins... almost all by himself. Last year Cameron did a great job but the years before he painted a pumpkin. Anyways, it was fun. He is changing so much that sometimes I feel lost and have no clue what I am doing. Surely I'm not the only one :)
He loves pumpkins so much- he actually slept with one. Yes, I found the pump[kin recently. I will have to upload that picture :)

Daddy helping... a little.

The finished product! He was very proud!

Transform!
Well, it has been a while! I have tons to blog but I will go in order! Happy Halloween! Cameron decided to be a Transformer this year. I didn't see that coming. The child has NEVER seen the movie (Foul language and way too old for him) nor does he have any toys pertaining to Transformers. Who knows! Anyways, we had a nice time visiting our neighbors and seeing family and friends.
My babies :) Cayden, Me, Carolynne, Cameron and Elizabeth (Yes, named after me.) I have been friends with their mother for 15 years, so they may as well be my nieces and nephew.

My boys!

My baby and me

All the kiddos! This was take 8 and I was done trying to capture a perfect picture form a 2 year old, almost 4 year old, 5 year old and a 6 year old. I was done :)

I love seeing all the kids dressed up! It is a fun time for children to be ALLOWED to wear their costumes out in public! I know if I would let Cameron, he'd be Batman at the grocery store!

The New Sheriff in Town
Cameron, bless his little creative heart, has decided the millions of "costumes" he has are no longer going to work. Now he is into "creating" his own costume. This is one of my favorites!

Just FYI- He was NOT wearing this red polo and shorts, no he picked that out because he said it was "Sheriff-y!"
Now, here are my favorite "Out Takes." If you have kids, you totally understand, to take 2 good pictures, you end up with 15!

Happy Birthday!
This weekend was my sister-in-law's 18th birthday! Oh to be 18 again! WOW! It makes me want to sing- "Memories, misty watercolored memories..." Ok, I will stop now. Sorry! HAHA! Anyways, Cameron had a blast, as always. However, he had a hard time understanding the "party" was not for him. I know- everything should be for him, but he did ok... Until they brought in the puppy. :)

Blog Overload!
Waning! This may be a blog OVERLOAD! I'm just sayin'...
So, life has been REALLY busy these last 2-3 weeks. Cameron went back to school (Thank you Lord) and I have been studying my little brain out! I have "finals" on the 21st of September. Come on Junior! Hopefully, I will crush calculus. Well, maybe not. Here's to hoping!
What have we been up to? Well, Van bought a new car! That was exciting! About 3 months ago, I opened up my own business. Yes, I am an official business owner AND I have actually made some money so far! I think there are good things to come!

We also moved. Yes, we move a lot. Well, once a year. I keep finding these great house and then little things start bugging me ( the last one was BUGGING me seriously with those darn Wolf spiders and the Terminex bills!) and I need something else. No, I didn't buy. I have a hard time even considering buying. I guess it scares me, however when we decide what school we want Cameron to go to, we will buy somewhere the summer before... maybe. :) So, we moved and decided to redo our bedroom.
We aren't finished yet. I still have to pick out and order a bed "set" we like and I am kind of picky. So, we broke out the down!
